Primary remedy: revision

Virtual staging is custom digital work. If output needs adjustment, revision is the first remedy and is included within package scope.

Refund review criteria

  • Service could not be delivered as purchased
  • Technical failure prevented reasonable completion
  • Quality did not meet agreed scope after revision attempts

Non-refundable situations

  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Requests outside original agreed scope
  • Delays caused by missing required client inputs
