Primary remedy: revision
Virtual staging is custom digital work. If output needs adjustment, revision is the first remedy and is included within package scope.
Refund review criteria
- Service could not be delivered as purchased
- Technical failure prevented reasonable completion
- Quality did not meet agreed scope after revision attempts
Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after production has started
- Requests outside original agreed scope
- Delays caused by missing required client inputs
