Service scope

Realtor Design Solutions provides digital virtual staging services for real estate marketing. Deliverables are based on package size and submitted image count.

Client responsibilities

• Provide image files suitable for staging
• Confirm room type and desired vibe/style
• Ensure submitted images are authorized for marketing use

Turnaround + delivery

Turnaround windows are estimates and may vary by workload and revision complexity. Final delivery occurs after internal QA and any required approval steps.

Revisions

One light revision per image is included unless otherwise stated in your order package. Additional revisions may require additional fees.

Usage rights

Delivered staged images are licensed for listing and marketing usage by the purchasing client, subject to applicable MLS disclosure requirements in your region.
