We collect client-submitted information required to fulfill staging orders, including email address, optional name, uploaded images, room type selections, vibe preferences, and order/payment metadata.

How we use data

• Process and fulfill virtual staging orders
• Provide customer support and revision handling
• Track order status, approvals, and delivery events
• Maintain operational reporting for internal admin use

Image handling + retention

Uploaded listing photos are used solely for the requested staging workflow. We do not sell customer photos. Image files are retained in operational storage to support fulfillment, approvals, revisions, and order history.

Payment data

Payments are processed through Square. We do not store full credit card information on this site. Payment status and transaction references may be stored for order reconciliation.

Contact and support submissions

Messages submitted through contact/support forms are stored to provide service and maintain an audit trail of customer communications.
